Rachele Epp, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Florida),
Licensed Professional Counselor (Nebraska)

Do you feel unfulfilled in life?  Are you struggling with fear or anxiety?  Have you suffered a trauma and you just can’t get past it?  If this sounds like you, you have come to the right place and help is available to get your life back on track.  You will find my style to be warm and compassionate.  Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, along with a variety of therapeutic approaches will be used to find the best approach in helping you accomplish your goals.  I am fully trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), which are both excellent therapeutic resources when dealing with traumatic memories.  We will work together to develop specific goals and help you learn skills to create lasting change.  You are in the driver's seat, and I am here to guide and direct you on your journey to healing.

My name is Rachele Epp.  I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and have been a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner in Nebraska for over 25 years, with experience in private practice, non-profits, and college-settings.  If you are looking for help to process trauma such as childhood abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence or human trafficking, I have extensive experience in these areas. I also have experience working with depression, anxiety, stage of life changes, bipolar, obsessive-compulsive disorder, recovery, grief, and PTSD.

I love working with people from all backgrounds. If you are looking for a Christian counselor, I integrate biblical truths and spiritual direction into my counseling approaches upon your request. I believe God cares very much about you and what you are going through and He wants you to find freedom and hope.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Humanities from Grace University and my M.S. in Agency Counseling from the University of Nebraska – Omaha.  I am a member of the American Counseling Association and the American Association of Christian Counselors.
