Do you feel unfulfilled in life? Are you struggling with fear or anxiety? Have you suffered a trauma and you just can’t get past it? If this sounds like you, you have come to the right place and help is available to get your life back on track. You will find my style to be warm and compassionate. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, along with a variety of therapeutic approaches will be used to find the best approach in helping you accomplish your goals. I am fully trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), which are both excellent therapeutic resources when dealing with traumatic memories. We will work together to develop specific goals and help you learn skills to create lasting change. You are in the driver's seat, and I am here to guide and direct you on your journey to healing.
